Clutter is both physical and mental.
It is anything related to an incomplete task
or postponed decision. It is anything that
does not regularly enrich your life or move
you forward.
Perhaps you need help with physical
clutter: your office, kitchen or garage, for
example. You may need assistance with
mental clutter such as time management,
decision making, prioritizing, or life
transitions.
Physical and mental clutter overlap, each is
a symptom of the other. The process for
handling it is the same:
My passion is to be your guide through this
process, so you can learn to make clear
decisions and reach your goals.
Where are you now and how did
you get there?
What are you strengths, weaknesses, resources and priorities?
What is your goal?
Use what you know about yourself to establish new habits and behaviors.
Hold yourself accountable.
